Well, hello!
Welcome to our very first blog post for the Tend Counselling website; here’s a little outline of what to expect!
We’ll be using our blog as an extra way to keep in touch with our lovely clients, past and present. Tips for coping with various mental health issues, book recommendations, inspiring TV shows or films we’ve been watching, pearls of wisdom from our life experiences - all those and more. If you have any suggestions you’d like us to include, put them in an email to us and let us know!
